about me

Iā€™m always unapologetically me.

I am an independent and proud Filipino-American woman with a strong work ethic and outgoing personality who values humility, productivity, and happiness. From Loyola Marymount University, I graduated as Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Film and Television Production with minors in Dance and Asian Pacific Studies.

My objective is to gain experience in the online media industry utilizing video production to create short form content such as documentary web series on hip hop culture and the Asian American experience to tell real stories, reveal reality, raise awareness, and promote truth and culture.

Aligned with my passion for dance, I enjoy freelancing in producing music videos and dance concept videos, where dancing drives the narrative of the short film to convey certain messages that stir questions to a larger audience.

As a more personal venture, I also want to explore travel journalism through blogging and vlogging to learn and share how to live as a citizen of this world rather than a tourist.

As a performer, I'm a hip-hop and urban dancer and choreographer, who can never stop moving, even in grocery store lines. I enjoy getting lost in the music and sharing the joy of dance. On the other hand, modeling and acting are talents that I'm currently working on improving and gaining experience in!

FUN FACT:

i'm normally embarrassed to share this, but my first project for my first film class was called "all about me".

Enjoy. And please don't laugh too much.

Most of this actually holds true. Except the 16 years old part, of course.
